hola, chicas.

we did an awesome job with the packaging yesterday. 2 hours! when you're collecting payments, please let me know who's paid, and how much you end up with when you're done collecting. then we can divide it up and distribute the money amongst our 3day accounts.

questions:
1) does someone have ed kohler's order? i don't have it in my bag. located!

2) can everyone post how much they spent on supplies so we can divide it up?

I do not have Ed Kohler's order.

One of my friend's orders was packaged wrong. He requested 2 shortbread and received 2 peanut butter. I'm not sure what to do about that.

Do we give all checks, made out to Breast Cancer 3day, to you, or send them in ourselves?

let's see if anyone else has mixed up orders that we can swap with. we're out of shortbread! i have a couple dozen of each of the others.

checks should be made out to the breast cancer 3day. you'll deposit them in your own account, and you'll need to fill out a slip for each of them.

I believe Ed's is one of the orders that Amanda was going to bake, because it was chocolate chip cookies, if I remember right?

I have $106 in payments, and spent $26.00 in supplies. I will deposit the $106 into my account, let me know if someone will send me more to deposit, or if someone will be putting the rest into my account.

Hello ladies-

1st and foremost- it was such a delight to see all of you again... and meet all of you who are new. I am so excited for the walk ALREADY! Ok- items for discussion:

a.) I believe you have it under control, however I have the order for Ed Kohler, J. Keane?, and Suz. All were for 5 doz. a piece and I am dropping them off for Jenni tonight.

b.) I have no payments to post, etc. Jenni, I gave you my one and only payment on Sunday and I believe the rest of my orders were shipped or paid through paypal. ?? though- will I get any money from this to my personal account or are we gonna just dump it in our general bucket? I plan to register after the new year (sorry, money is tight) and was just wondering what I would do there?

c.) I believe I spent around $20 for supplies.

Okay, I'm kind of confused about how the money business works. When I fill out the slips for the checks and mail the checks in, those get deposited into my account, right? And then when I received cash I made a donation to my account for that amount and kept the cash. Was that the right way to handle it? So, how does it work to distribute the money amongst our accounts? Please enlighten the mind weary woman.

Also, my friend, Joe, might be joining our team. I hope we're not adverse to having a boy on the team. His mom battled breast cancer and won, although she's lopsided because of it. She's very cool about it! I love that woman! Joe is the one who came to the bowling fundraiser with me earlier this year. He was wearing the psychadelic bowling shirt that I think ended up in one of the pictures from that event. We've been friends for 26 years! Anyway, I'm rambling. Have a nice day...

please don't deposit the money yet unless it's under $150. we usually figure out who has what, and then make the deposits. it's not a huge deal if you have already, though, especially if it's less than $150.

yeah, you mail in the checks with a slip apiece. you have to watch for the 3day to credit it because they don't email you like they do with an online donation. with the cash, deposit it and donate to yourself. in the case of a fundraiser where one of us has just collected all the money, i usually make all the donations online myself, in everyone else's accounts.

of course we'd love to have a boy on the team!!

Okay, I have only deposited $25 cash to myself and donated that to my account so far. The rest I still have as checks. I will be getting 1 more check on Saturday when I go to Wisconsin, then I will have everything. I will report back with my amount then.
